Safeguarding is central to everything we do. We follow UK guidance including Working Together to Safeguard Children, Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE), and guidance from the NSPCC.

Safeguarding Leadership
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.
Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is: Natalie Schwarz.
All concerns should be reported to a DSL immediately.
Our Approach
We ensure that all volunteers and team members:

Maintain appropriate boundaries

Work in a safe, open, and transparent way

Avoid being alone with children or vulnerable adults where possible
We also:

Follow safer recruitment practices, including DBS checks where required

Maintain clear guidelines on communication, online safety, and use of images

Ensure children are appropriately supervised at all times
